Dania, while not publicized like Hollywood or Fort Lauderdale, has a flavor of it`s own. The Beach and Pier are quite popular, and the town
has kept the water area available to the most part for it"s citizens.

If you want to fish, there are many locations here, from Deep Sea to Ocean Piers. The Dania Pier juts out into the Atlantic Ocean and there is a rather nice state park on the northern side. Great place for the family where one can fish and others may just like the beach and sand. Quiet compared to most of the other major beaches in the area.

One beach in the area that is quite quieter than others nearby. Also there is a large state park to the north where picnics facilities and barbeque pits are available. The Dania fishing pier is used by many in search of catching their favorite sea food.
