Pass A Grille - Area Drive

Pass a Grille is an older area in the St Petes region on a point surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal Waterway. Many of the homes are original and the towns character is one that portrays how life was during the early growth in population. Amazingly, new building must retain a strict building code to retain the past so few resorts and highrises are available.

John`s Comments
Not much entertainment here other than the beach. Shopping is minimal as well as eating establishments except for several near the only traffic light in town.

John`s Recollections
Pass-A-Grille is located on the Gulf Coast on a small peninsula just south of Saint Petersburg Beach. Removed from the prime tourist areas it has retained much of it`s history and the majority of visitors are local to the area.
